Question: I don't find any details of your ordination. Have you received sacramental orders yet? If not, how does one administrate a Catholic jurisdiction without the particular charism of the bishopric? Is it that the papal office carries with it all graces needed, negating the need of Holy Orders?

Answer:
Dear friend,

The superior power of jurisdiction does not require the inferior power of Orders for purely jurisdictional acts.  However, the inferior power of Orders requires jurisdiction for the validity of some acts, such as Sacramental Absolution in Confession and the legitimacy of many more, such as the administration of Holy Orders.  We recommend reading:

As Pope We have a right to receive Holy Orders.  As soon as a Bishop submits to Our jurisdiction, We shall receive Orders at his hands.
As Pope We are the source of jurisdiction.  We recommend looking over the section on the Doctrine of the Papacy.
