We recommend downloading these instructions into your own computer for later reference, as well as printing them out and studying. These would be fruitful to begin a set of four Holy Hours spaced over several days in a spirit of prayer, or for morning meditation.
Instructions:
I placed a picture of me in the chapel (only one I could find on the computer), because Saint Thomas Aquinas said he did his best work in the chapel. Of course, he meant kneeling in prayer, not sitting before the altar as in this picture.
